The new generation of HDSCS connectors is increasingly found in use in the fields of Truck & Trailer cabling. Many reputable Truck manufacturers (DAIMLER, MAN, DAF …) are already using these connectors today. Here, tail lights, exhaust systems and AdBlue tanks are equipped with the HDSCS interface.

The 7-pole Bayonet connection similar to ISO 15170 is used in many trucks from various manufacturers (MAN, SCANIA, VOLVO, RENAULT) and serves as an interface to the rear lights among other things. This interface can be used to pickup functions easily and save costs.
For this purpose elkatec™ offers you a variety of encapsulated special adapters for the pickup of e.g. “parking lights” or “parking lights + reversing lights”. Furthermore we produce for you “simple” extension lines and different lenghts and versions.

The connectors of the Superseal series are designed to meet high demands of connectors for reliability and water resistance. The AMP 1.5 Superseal series meets the requirements
of IEC 529 and the Class IP6k9k and is therefore often used in the automotive industry and agriculture. In addition, valves, lights and sensors are equipped with this system. The compounds are very resistant to environmental influences and chemicals.
